End of last week, we held our first Exceed advisory board session.
Huge thanks to Michael, Laurence and Kashif for giving us 90 minutes of their time and their straight-talking perspective
Josh and I arrived with a plan. We drove back with a better one 🚙
I won’t share the detail yet. But we’ve been sitting closer to some significant opportunities than we realised. And we’ve already put wheels in motion on one move that wasn’t even on the roadmap.
That’s the difference. The right people don’t just validate your thinking. They challenge it. Sharpen it. Occasionally break it.
Grateful to have them around the table. Already looking forward to the next session.
